Dear customers in EU countries,
Sales to EU countries (excluding Germany) have been suspended until further notice. On August 12th, the EU passed a law (PPWR) which makes it extremely difficult for small businesses such as Stereoping to ship goods to other EU countries. In short: for many EU countries, we would have to arrange fulfilment services individually for each one, which would cost more than we earn from sales to those countries – not to mention the enormous amount of time required for research, translations and administrative work.
We can only hope that the EU will amend the regulations. There is an online petition on this issue – please support it.
