In music studios every square centimetre is worth its weight in gold. Our in-house developed ‘KBS-S’ fits perfectly to the side of a Jasper keyboard stand and creates extra space for a Volca, a Nord Drum, Synth Controller or other small gear. This article is one of the first prototypes. Later versions - if the product will be continued - might look slightly different.
The original Jaspers T-bracket is included. You just need an Allen wrench for installation. The plastic part is printed from recycled PLA, color of railing and flange: pastel peach. The shelf is made or 12mm sanded and oiled multiplex wood. The size is 21 x 14 cm (storage space is 21 x 13,4 cm). Max.load-bearing capacity around 5 kg.
Installation:
- dismantle the Jaspers T-bracket and mount it on your desired side, the shelf works for the left as well as the right side of your keyboard stand
- depending on the side of the keyboardstand you can swap the railing of the shelf to the other side of the board by simply pulling the railing out and sticking it into the holes on the other side of the board
- put the shelf into the t-bracket and tighten the screws just as much it still allows to turn and swivel the bracket and the shelf into your desired position with a small amount of force. This way you can still move it without having to use the Allen wrench.
